Paragon Education is recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher for a long-term position at a primary school in the Walmley area.

We are looking for a confident teacher who can create an engaging and positive classroom environment while maintaining high expectations for pupil behaviour, progress and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum
• Differentiate learning to support pupils of varying abilities, including SEND and EAL
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where required
• Maintain positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and carers

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• ECTs are welcome to apply
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
