Paragon Education is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Redhill area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys creating engaging lessons and building strong relationships with pupils, staff and the wider school community.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum
• Creating a positive and structured classroom environment
• Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all pupils
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
