Overview:
A supportive primary school in Northfield is seeking a resilient Primary Teacher to work with pupils who may have additional behavioural or learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons
• Support pupils with SEN and behavioural challenges
• Implement behaviour management strategies
• Work closely with support staff and SENCO

Requirements:

• QTS
• Experience with SEN or behavioural needs (preferred)
• Calm and consistent teaching approach
• Strong teamwork skills
