Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inclusive and engaging lessons
• Support pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL)
• Promote cultural awareness and inclusion
• Adapt teaching to meet varied learning needs

Requirements:

• QTS
• Experience working with EAL learners (desirable)
• Strong communication skills
• Culturally aware and adaptable approach
