Paragon Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Kingstanding from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term supply role, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging lessons, inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
  • Establish high expectations for behaviour and learning.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Passionate about raising attainment and supporting every child to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Right to work in the UK.
