Primary Teacher – Key Stage 1 (KS1)

Contract: Full-time, long-term

Paragon Education is recruiting a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a warm and nurturing primary school located in the heart of Worcester. As the KS1 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a lively and friendly class. You’ll work closely with an experienced phase leader who ensures consistent planning support, collaborative working, and access to high-quality resources.

What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with KS1 curriculum expectations
• Creating a classroom atmosphere that encourages learning, independence, and positive behaviour
• Working alongside teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil progress
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers through regular communication
• Taking part in school events, curriculum planning meetings, and CPD sessions

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching KS1 in a UK school
• A warm, nurturing approach with strong behaviour management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
