Primary Teachers needed across Droitwich Spa and surrounding Worcestershire schools.

Paragon Education is looking for talented Primary Teachers to join our growing supply team for the 2026/27 academic year.

We support local schools with everything from emergency morning cover and PPA requirements through to term-long and permanent recruitment needs.

We're therefore interested in hearing from teachers looking for one or two days per week as well as those wanting a full teaching timetable.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Primary school teaching experience
• Knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Good classroom and behaviour management
• Ability to adapt lessons where required
• Professional and reliable approach
• Strong commitment to safeguarding children
