Primary Teacher - Bristol

A fantastic opportunity for a passionate Primary Teacher to join a supportive school in Bristol and make a real impact across KS1 or KS2.

Paragon Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the Bristol area to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher. The school has a strong focus on inclusive practice, high-quality teaching, and creating a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and strong ECTs looking to develop within a supportive setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Creating a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Assessing, tracking and reporting on pupil progress
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school (KS1 or KS2)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A reflective and proactive approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
