What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
• Creating a positive classroom culture where every child feels supported and valued
• Using assessment data effectively to monitor progress and inform future teaching
• Adapting learning activities to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and school leaders
• Supporting the wider life of the school through events, activities, and initiatives

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school environment
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment practices
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skill
• A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
