What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
• Using assessment to monitor progress and inform future planning
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with teaching assistants to support pupil development
• Taking part in school activities, meetings, and professional development

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
