Paragon Education is recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a forward-thinking primary school in Liverpool. What the role involves:

• Delivering creative and well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and participation
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
• Using assessment data effectively to track progress and identify next steps
• Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development alongside academic growth
• Collaborating with colleagues to plan and share best practice across year groups
• Maintaining a safe and organised learning environment

What you’ll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Strong communication skills with both pupils and adults
• A flexible approach and willingness to contribute to school life
• A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
