What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering dynamic lessons across the primary curriculum
• Tailoring learning activities to suit a range of abilities and needs
• Assessing pupil progress and using this to inform future planning
• Creating a structured and positive classroom environment
• Working alongside teaching assistants to support learning
• Contributing to wider school activities and team meetings

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to engage and motivate pupils effectively
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
