What the role involves:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Tracking and assessing pupil progress to inform future planning
- Creating a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Working closely with support staff to maximise learning outcomes
- Contributing to school activities, meetings, and wider responsibilities
What you’ll need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons
- A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
