What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Tracking and assessing pupil progress to inform future planning
• Creating a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Working closely with support staff to maximise learning outcomes
• Contributing to school activities, meetings, and wider responsibilities

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
