Paragon Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Coventry to appoint an enthusiastic Primary Teacher. As the Primary Teacher, you will take responsibility for a vibrant class and deliver creative, well-structured lessons that support pupils of all abilities. You will be joining a collaborative year-group team who plan together, share high-quality resources, and contribute to a positive, hardworking culture across the school.

What the role involves:

• Delivering engaging and well-planned lessons in line with curriculum requirements
• Creating a positive, structured learning environment with high expectations
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
• Communicating effectively with parents and carers
• Engaging in staff meetings, CPD sessions, and whole-school initiatives

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school (KS1 or KS2)
• Strong classroom management and a warm, supportive approach
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil achievement
