A friendly and community-focused primary school in Kidderminster is seeking a Primary Intervention Tutor to support pupils needing additional help in English and Maths. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference through focused, small-group teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective small-group and one-to-one lessons
• Support literacy, numeracy, and confidence building
• Assess and track pupil progress, adapting sessions as needed
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN support

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experienced primary tutor
• Confident delivering intervention work in KS1 or KS2
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about pupil development and learning outcomes
