Paragon Education is working with a supportive and well-led primary school in Worcester to recruit an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) for September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Develop strong classroom routines and positive behaviour management
• Work closely with your assigned mentor and phase leader
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
• Participate fully in school CPD and professional development

ECT Support Includes:

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS (ECT)
