A small and nurturing rural primary school near Tenbury Wells is looking for a dedicated Mixed Year 3/4 Teacher to start in September 2025. This full-time role offers the opportunity to teach in a close-knit school with excellent community support.

The school has small class sizes, a creative curriculum, and a strong emphasis on personal development and pupil well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach across Year 3 and Year 4 in a mixed-age class
• Support a range of learning needs with creative differentiation
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and teaching assistants
• Encourage independence, curiosity and resilience in learners
• Deliver effective assessment and progress tracking

Requirements:

• QTS with experience teaching in Key Stage 2
• Confidence teaching mixed-year groups (desirable)
• A nurturing, proactive and professional teaching style
• Strong subject knowledge and commitment to inclusion
