Paragon Education is recruiting a focused and experienced KS4 Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Malvern. The school is committed to achieving strong outcomes at GCSE level while maintaining a positive and structured learning environment for students.

You will be teaching Key Stage 4 pupils, helping them prepare for their examinations while building confidence and subject understanding. The school offers a collaborative department and leadership team that values high standards and consistent support.

What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons for KS4 students
• Preparing pupils for GCSE examinations and coursework requirements
• Differentiating lessons to support a range of abilities

• Supporting students’ academic achievement and exam readiness

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching at KS4 level in a UK secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge relevant to GCSE curriculum
• Ability to support students in achieving exam success
• Effective classroom management and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
