A friendly and high-performing school in Malvern is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teacher for a fixed-term contract beginning September 2025 through to April 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Teach a mixed Year 1/2 class in a creative and structured way
• Provide a strong phonics and early literacy programme
• Work closely with support staff to maximise learning outcomes
• Engage with the school community through events and activities

Requirements:

• QTS and experience in KS1
• Sound understanding of early primary pedagogy
• Ability to form strong bonds with young learners
• Positive, flexible, and reflective approach
