KS1 Primary Teacher – Dudley

Start Date: Easter / April 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Paragon Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Dudley to recruit a passionate and experienced KS1 Teacher. The successful candidate will lead meaningful learning across Key Stage 1 and be part of a supportive year-group team who prioritise progress and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Build positive relationships with pupils to support confidence and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and resources.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress to inform next steps in learning.

Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Recent KS1 teaching experience and strong classroom management.
• A creative, reflective and child-centred approach.
