A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Kidderminster is seeking a motivated KS1 ECT to join their team. The school has a strong focus on early literacy and phonics, with experienced leaders providing structured guidance.

This role is ideal for an ECT looking to develop confidence in Key Stage 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured lessons across KS1
• Support early reading, writing, and numeracy development
• Build strong classroom routines and expectations
• Work collaboratively within a supportive year group team

Requirements:
