A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Worcester is looking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team from January 2026. This role will involve working closely with the class teacher to support learning, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils reach their full potential.

The school is well-resourced and values teamwork, creativity, and child-centred learning.

Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning
• Help to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils’ social and emotional development

Requirements:

• Experience working in a primary school setting (KS1 preferred)
• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
