Paragon Education is currently recruiting Geography Teachers to work with secondary schools across Redditch and surrounding areas.

With the new academic year underway, we are looking for Geography specialists available for short-term supply, planned cover and longer-term teaching assignments.

About the Role

You will be delivering Geography across KS3 and KS4, providing engaging lessons while maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour and pupil participation.

We would like to hear from teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an appropriate teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Geography at secondary level
• Can confidently deliver KS3 and KS4 Geography
• Have effective classroom management skills
• Are adaptable and comfortable working within different school environments
• Are reliable and professional
• Understand their safeguarding responsibilities
