Paragon Education is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Evesham. The school is committed to providing a strong foundation for early learning, creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and eager to explore.

You will be working within an Early Years setting, supporting young children through a mix of structured activities and play-based learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team focused on early development and positive learning experiences.

What the role involves:

• Supporting children within the EYFS setting during daily routines and activities
• Assisting with play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Encouraging early communication, social, and emotional development
• Helping to create a stimulating and safe learning environment
• Working closely with the class teacher and early years staff
• Observing and recording children’s progress

What you’ll need:

• Experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting
• A patient, caring, and energetic approach
• Understanding of early years development and learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing
