Paragon Education is seeking an enthusiastic and creative EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Kidderminster. In this role, you will lead a vibrant Early Years class, supported by experienced teaching assistants and a collaborative leadership team. The school places a strong emphasis on play-based learning and child-led development, ensuring every pupil feels valued and supported from the very start of their educational journey.

What the role involves:
Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early development
Observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress to inform future planning
Working closely with support staff to provide tailored learning opportunities
Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support children’s development
Contributing to the wider school community, including meetings and professional development

What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching within EYFS in a UK primary school
A creative and nurturing approach to early years education
Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
