EYFS Teacher – Bewdley

A small, well-regarded primary school in Bewdley is seeking a kind and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join the Reception team in September 2025. This full-time position will start on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent role.

Set in a semi-rural environment, the school offers fantastic outdoor learning provision and is committed to nurturing early development through child-led, play-based learning.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons based on Development Matters
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
• Track and assess pupil progress using observation and assessment tools
• Work closely with families and support staff to meet pupils’ needs
• Support the development of communication and social skills

Requirements:

• QTS (Early Years experience essential)
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and phonics
• A caring, reflective approach to teaching
• Good organisational and communication skills
