Paragon Education is recruiting a creative and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join a well-established primary school in Worcester. You will be leading an Early Years class where learning is driven through exploration, play, and structured activities. The school offers a collaborative setting with experienced support staff and leadership that values early childhood development.

What the role involves:

• Delivering engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence
• Observing and assessing children’s progress to support individual development
• Supporting early communication, social, and emotional skills
• Working closely with teaching assistants and early years practitioners
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching within EYFS in a UK school
• A strong understanding of early childhood development
• A nurturing and patient approach to teaching
• Good classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
