A high-achieving and inclusive secondary school in Moseley is looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join their English department from September 2025.

This role would suit either an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a passion for literature, language, and raising pupil outcomes. The department is well-resourced and led by a supportive Head of Faculty.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment
• Monitor and track pupil progress to support achievement
• Build positive relationships with students and staff

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience or training in teaching English at secondary level
• A passion for subject knowledge and student development
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
