What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Developing your teaching practice with support from experienced staff
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting learning accordingly
• Working closely with teaching assistants and year group colleagues
• Taking part in training, mentoring sessions, and school activities

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending qualification
• A genuine passion for teaching and learning
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop as part of a team
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
