We are supporting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin or continue their teaching careers across Birmingham starting April 2026.

A range of supportive schools are available, offering strong mentorship and induction opportunities.

Responsibilities:
‍Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils’ academic and personal development
Work closely with mentors and senior staff
Develop teaching practice through feedback and training

Requirements:
Holds or is working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Is passionate about teaching and learning
Is eager to develop professionally
Has strong organisational skills
Works well within a team
