A nurturing and community-focused primary school in Evesham is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. The successful candidate will support children in Reception, helping to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning within the EYFS framework
• Assist children with early literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning
• Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom
• Provide care and supervision during lessons and playtimes

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working within an EYFS setting
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
