Paragon Education is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Stourport-on-Severn. What the role involves:

• Delivering engaging and imaginative lessons in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and communication development
• Observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress against key developmental milestones
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and Early Years practitioners
• Building strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's learning journeys

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching within an Early Years setting in a UK school
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
• A creative and nurturing approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
