Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the EYFS framework through creative and structured activities
• Support early literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Observe, assess, and record progress effectively
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers

Person Specification:

• QTS with EYFS experience
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication skills
