Paragon Education is looking for an inspiring Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant, community-driven school in Lichfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early learning and eager to help young children grow, explore and discover their world.

In this role, you’ll lead a cheerful, curious class and shape their early learning journey through exciting, creative, play-based experiences. You’ll work alongside a forward-thinking EYFS team who love sharing ideas and supporting one another to deliver exceptional early years provision.

What the role involves:

• Planning imaginative, engaging activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum
• Creating a warm, hands-on learning environment full of exploration
• Working closely with teaching assistants to support children of all abilities
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers
• Joining in with planning sessions, school events, and regular CPD

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience within an EYFS setting in the UK
• A creative, enthusiastic teaching style with strong behaviour management
• A genuine commitment to safeguarding and early childhood development
