Paragon Education is recruiting a nurturing and creative Early Years Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Worcester. The school places a strong emphasis on early development, providing a stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow with confidence.

You will be leading an early years class, delivering a balance of structured teaching and play-based learning. The school offers strong support from experienced staff and leadership who value the importance of early education.

What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a stimulating and safe learning environment
• Supporting children’s early communication, social, and emotional development
• Observing and assessing pupil progress to inform planning
• Working closely with teaching assistants and early years staff
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching within EYFS in a UK primary school
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• A caring, patient, and creative approach
• Good classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
