Paragon Education is recruiting a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary school in Aston. The school is known for its supportive leadership team, positive learning environment, and commitment to ensuring all staff feel valued and equipped to succeed.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work, and help maintain a calm, focused atmosphere where students can continue making progress.

What the role involves:

• Supervising lessons across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4
• Ensuring students remain on task and follow set learning activities
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils with their work where appropriate
• Assisting with wider school duties when required

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Confidence supervising whole classes
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive student outcomes
