Key responsibilities:

• Supervising classes across a range of subjects and year groups
• Delivering set work and ensuring pupils remain engaged
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students with questions and encouraging independent learning
• Reporting back to teaching staff regarding lesson progress and behaviour
• Contributing to the wider life of the school where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people (school-based or similar)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate pupils
• Confident, adaptable, and resilient approach
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
