Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes across different subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students with their work and provide guidance where necessary.
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
