Paragon Education is partnering with a well-regarded secondary school in Redditch to appoint a committed and forward-thinking Business Studies Teacher. Key responsibilities:

• Teaching Business Studies across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 may be available depending on experience)
• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
• Using real-world case studies to deepen understanding and inspire curiosity
• Assessing pupil progress and providing meaningful feedback
• Contributing to departmental planning, curriculum development, and enrichment activities
• Supporting the school’s ethos and maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Business Studies in a UK secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for business and enterprise
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and committed approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
