Paragon Education is working with an ambitious secondary school in Worcester to appoint a talented Business & Economics Teacher. As the Business & Economics Teacher, you will join a motivated and forward-thinking department that supports innovative teaching, fresh ideas, and engaging curriculum delivery. You will play a key role in inspiring students to understand the world of business, finance, enterprise, and the wider economic landscape.

What the role involves:

• Teaching Business at KS3–KS4 and Economics at KS5 (where applicable)
• Delivering clear, engaging lessons that develop analytical thinking and real-world understanding
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to create high-quality resources and schemes of work
• Maintaining strong behaviour expectations and fostering a positive classroom culture
• Contributing to departmental development, CPD, and whole-school initiatives

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Business and/or Economics in a UK secondary school or sixth form
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to motivate and challenge learners
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting excellent student outcomes
