Overview

A secondary school in Lichfield is seeking a qualified Art Teacher for an immediate start. This is an ongoing role, suitable for a teacher who can integrate quickly into the department and deliver engaging, creative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Art lessons in line with the national curriculum
Plan, prepare, and assess student work effectively
Foster creativity and engagement within the classroom
Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
Support students of varying abilities to achieve their potential
Contribute to the wider department where required

Candidate Requirements

PGCE in Art (essential)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred
Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to start immediately and commit to the role
